Ingredients
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 3 tbsp rice vinegar (unseasoned)
- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce (or tamari for GF)
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated (about 1-inch piece)
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 3–5 tbsp water (or more, to adjust consistency)
Instructions
- 1. Gather Ingredients: Measure out all components for easy assembly.
- 2. Combine: In a bowl or jar, add peanut butter, rice vinegar, soy sauce, sweetener, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic.
- 3. Whisk/Shake: Whisk vigorously or shake the jar until smooth. Gradually add water, 1 tbsp at a time, until desired consistency is reached.
