  • 1 cup fresh blueberries, gently rinsed and patted dry (or frozen, not thawed)
  • 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1 tsp dried rubbed sage
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or cooking fat (for cooking)

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine ground pork, maple syrup, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
