  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 2 ½ cups (300g) all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ cup (128g) smooth cookie butter
  • Optional: ½ cup chocolate chips or crushed Biscoff cookies

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, cream together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy (2-3 minutes).
