  • 1/2 tsp salt, or to taste
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper, or to taste
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves, roughly chopped or torn

Instructions

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wide pot over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes; sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant and lightly golden.
