  • 1/2 cup fresh basil, roughly torn or chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Freshly cracked black pepper to taste
  • Pinch of sugar (optional, for balancing acidity)
  • Cooked spaghetti or your favorite pasta, for serving
  • Freshly grated Parmesan or Pecorino Romano cheese, for serving

Instructions

  • 1. Prep Ingredients: Wash tomatoes. Chop onion and mince garlic.
