Our Workshop offerings in 2011 are as follows:

- Porkshop
- This year, for our 5th season of Porkshops, we are expanding our offering to 2 days, 1 night in an effort to pack in as much information and experience as possible into this popular workshop.
- Duckshop
- Formerly known as Duckfest, our Duckshop is a 2 day, 1 night duck extravaganza. Learn how to raise, slaughter, pluck and process Duck and turn it into all manners of fantastic food. Along the way we will cook, eat and talk around the Farmhouse Table.
- Vealshop
- While still in development, I am envisioning this 3day course as a study in Rosé Veal. We will discuss the ethics of veal, speak about dairy calf welfare, what it takes to humanely raise a veal calf and then breakdown and cook with Rosé Veal. Along the way we will learn about the differences between traditional, industrial veal and this more sustainable option.
