There are some minor technicalities to making this service work. We hope you will be understanding, so together we can make this work best for you.

Notice        
It is nice to know one week to three days in advance of an upcoming event.  The more notice we have the better we can help you with your arrangements, and the stronger the chances we will be available for the date you require. Last minute arrangements can be accommodated provided we can obtain the ingredients before  the occasion.

Cancellation
Please notify The Kitchen Garden Company 48 hours prior to the event for cancellations or changes.  We will try to be extremely flexible with arrangements.  Last minute cancellations will be subject to a charge equal to the price of ingredients plus 25%. Special items need advanced notice.  

Waiver
The Kitchen Garden Company must have the individual who is having us cook for them sign a WAIVER (waiver.pdf 29KB) which is designed to protect both of our interests.

A brief word about Prices

The Kitchen Garden Company works hard to keep our prices within reach of everyone.  Meals are priced according to the ingredients, difficulty of preparation and number of servings.  Also, depending on the atmosphere you desire and the number of people being served there can be additional charges.  Therefore, two people wishing a five course meal including loin of lamb will pay a significantly higher price than four persons wishing a pasta dish and a desert.  As it should be.   I hope you will feel that any one can afford to hire The Kitchen Garden Company to cook for them; not just for special occasions but, perhaps, not every night either.
