Gretchen's in Mount Vernon will see Chef Neal back in action the first two Wednesdays in December. Neal stopped in several times during the summer to visit, (and help customers decide on equipment) and plan these classes. The first will focus on a Hearty Winter Meal and the second will feature Beginnings and Endings--Small Bites for Holiday Entertaining: Hor d'ouvres and Desserts.
